# The Dark Side of God: a Case for Inconspicuous Givenness.

## Abstract

The article discusses the paradoxical relation between darkness and light and between presence and absence that is said to have reached its highest potential and challenge in the question of the givenness of God to thought and mentions related issues like Phaeithein, metaphysics, and ontotheology.
