Casey**](/authors/edward-s-casey/) is Distinguished Professor of Philosophy at Stony Brook University; he also teaches at the New School for Social Research and Pacifica Graduate Institute. He is the author of a series of books concerning the phenomenology of place: Getting Back into Place, The Fate of Place, Representing Place in Landscape Painting and Maps, Earth-Mapping, The World at a Glance, and most recently The World on Edge: A Peri-Phenomenology. [**John B. Cobb, Jr.**](/authors/john-b-cobb-jr/) is an American theologian, philosopher, and environmentalist often regarded as the preeminent scholar in the field of process theology, based on the thinking of Alfred North Whitehead. He is the author of more than fifty books, and was until his retirement professor at Claremont School of Theology and co-founder of the Center for Process Studies. [**Michael James Dise**](/authors/michael-james-dise/) is an American PhD candidate in the graduate school of religion and theology at Free University Amsterdam (Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam) specializing in radical theology and the continental philosophy of religion. His current primary research interest is in the concept of incarnation in the history of Western thought and its relation to cognitive science. [**Alina N. Feld**](/authors/alina-n-feld/) is author of Melancholy and the Otherness of God (2011) and a number of essays in contemporary theological thought. She lives in New York and teaches philosophy at Hofstra University and St. John’s University. [**William Franke**](/authors/william-franke/) is professor of comparative literature at Vanderbilt University and author of numerous books, including most recently A Theology of Literature: The Bible as Revelation in the Tradition of the Humanities (2017). The main exposition of his philosophical thinking is A Philosophy of the Unsayable (2014), which dwells on the limits of language in order to open thought to the inconceivable. [**Ray L. Hart**](/authors/ray-l-hart/) is professor emeritus of religion and theology at Boston University. His books include God Being Nothing (2016), Unfinished Man and the Imagination (1968), and Religious and Theological Studies in American Higher Education (1992). [**Andrew W. Hass**](/authors/andrew-w-hass/) is lecturer in religion at the University of Stirling and executive editor of the journal Literature and Theology. He is author of Hegel and the Art of Negation: Negativity, Creativity and Contemporary Thought and Auden’s O: The Loss of One’s Sovereignty in the Making of Nothing, both published in 2013, among several other books. [**Theodore W. Jennings**](/authors/theodore-w-jennings/) is professor of Biblical and constructive theology at the Chicago Theological Seminary and an ordained Methodist minister. He is author of many books on subjects ranging from ritual studies, liberation and queer theology, and Pauline discourse to engagements with Dietrich Bonhoeffer and Jacques Derrida. [**Lissa McCullough**](/authors/lissa-mccullough/) teaches philosophy at California State University Dominguez Hills. She is author of The Religious Philosophy of Simone Weil (2014), editor of The Call to Radical Theology by Thomas J. J. Altizer (2012) and Conversations with Paolo Soleri (2012), and coeditor, with Brian Schroeder, of Thinking Through the Death of God: A Critical Companion to Thomas J. J. Altizer (2004). [**George Quasha**](/authors/george-quasha/) is an American artist and poet who works across media, exploring language, sculpture, drawing, video art, sound and music, installation, and performance. He lives and works in Barrytown, New York, where he is co-founder and director of Station Hill Press. [**Carl A. Raschke**](/authors/carl-raschke/) is Professor of Religious Studies at the University of Denver. He is the author of many books, the most recent is Neoliberalism and Political Theology: From Kant to Identity Politics. He is Senior Editor of the Journal for Cultural and Religious Theory. [**Petra Carlsson Redell**](/authors/petra-carlsson-redell/) is associate professor of systematic theology, Stockholm School of Theology, Sweden. She is author of Mysticism as Revolt: Foucault, Deleuze and Theology Beyond Representation (2014) and Foucault, Art, and Radical Theology: The Mystery of Things (2019). [**Richard L. Rubenstein**](/authors/richard-l-rubenstein/) is an educator in religion and a writer in the American Jewish community particularly noted for his contributions to Holocaust theology, including After Auschwitz (1966). He taught in religious studies at Florida State University (1970–1995), then became president and professor of religion at the University of Bridgeport (1995–1999). [**Brian Shūdō Schroeder**](/authors/brian-shudo-schroeder/) is professor and chair of the Department of Philosophy and director of Religious Studies at Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT). An ordained Sōtō Zen priest, he is the Buddhist chaplain at RIT where he guides the Idunno Zen Community. [**Victor E. Taylor**](/authors/victor-taylor/) is the inaugural director for graduate studies and non-traditional programs. He is the former chair of The Department of English and Humanities and professor of literary studies, philosophy, and religion at York College of Pennsylvania. He serves as the executive editor of The Journal for Cultural and Religious Theory and is also the founding director of the YCP Institute for Civic Arts and Humanities as well as the program coordinator and committee chair for English literary studies. [**Elliot R. Wolfson**](/authors/elliot-r-wolfson/) is the Marsha and Jay Glazer Endowed Chair in Jewish Studies and Distinguished Professor of Religion at University of California, Santa Barbara. He is the author of many publications including the most recent books Giving beyond the Gift: Apophasis and Overcoming Theomania (2014), The Duplicity of Philosophy’s Shadow: Heidegger, Nazism and the Jewish Other (2018), and Heidegger and Kabbalah: Hidden Gnosis and the Path of Poiesis (2019). © the author(s).
