All content is freely available without charge to the user or their institution, immediately on publication and without embargo. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, crawl them for indexing, pass them as data to software, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author, provided the original author and source are credited. No registration is required to read any part of the journal. JCRT has published exclusively online and free of charge since its founding in 1999. It is a diamond open access journal: it charges [no fees of any kind](/fees/) to authors or readers. ## License #license Articles published on or after August 24, 2026 are licensed under a [Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0)](https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/) license.
