Phil Rodgers-Falk, a member of the Ngemba and Wiradjuri Nations, has worked extensively with Elders and communities on land claims, environmental issues, stolen wages and cultural heritage matters, etc. As a Senior Lecturer in Law, he received several research and teaching awards, including a University Medal for research on Indigenising law curricula, and national recognition for teaching Indigenous legal issues. Now retired, Phil is pursuing a PhD at Macquarie University, focusing on the Doctrine of Discovery and related topics.
